Yep. I said it. Strength exercises build strength, hypertrophy exercises build muscle, cardio builds cardiovascular endurance and capacity, and mobility work increases mobility. CrossFit meshes it all together, hits on each of those areas, but does not reach high efficacy levels of any of them. Due to not reaching a highly efficacious level, you will eventually hit a point of diminishing returns in CrossFit. [The rest of this article is to be continued.]
