Fitness is for Everyone, but CrossFit is dumb.

Yep. I said it. Strength exercises build strength, hypertrophy exercises build muscle, cardio builds cardiovascular endurance and capacity, and mobility work increases mobility. CrossFit meshes it all together, hits on each of those areas, but is not highly efficacious in any of them. Due to not reaching efficacious level, you will eventually hit a point of diminishing returns in CrossFit. [The rest of this article is to be continued.]
